In purchasing from Haywood Inc, you hereby agree to the following contract.
- The horse will remain active on Green Horse Fields and/or The Wire
- The horse will not be taken from Green Horse Fields and/or The Wire and used elsewhere without prior agreement
- In the case of the horse having to be rehomed, Haywood Inc have buyback rights. We must be asked before any other sale goes ahead.
- In the case of your inactivity, or the horse being deemed as inactive, Haywood Inc have the right to reclaim the horse.
- Haywood Inc have one breeding reserve to the horse upon it's retirement.
- The horse will remain active on Green Horse Fields and/or The Wire
- The horse will not be taken from Green Horse Fields and/or The Wire and used elsewhere without prior agreement
